We do not ship orders on the weekend and Federal Holidays.
Shipping damages must be reported upon receipt of the package. Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 5 days of purchase or delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the new condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item with packaging seals must not be opened, such as Cheyenne Supplies & All Inks.
Returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
If the return is caused by our fault, such as shipping the wrong items, we’ll send you the return shipping label. If the return is caused by the customer, such as ordering the wrong items by mistake or providing a wrong shipping address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
Refund will be made to your original payment method after returns are received and accepted. It can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
Cheyenne provides 1-2 years’ warranty for different models. FK Irons and Bishop provide one year’s warranty. Critical provides 1 year’s warranty for batteries and 2 years’ for traditional power supplies.
We do not accept returns, issue exchanges, or make repairs on Cheyenne, FK Irons, Bishop tattoo machines and Critical Power Supplies. We strongly recommend you to contact directly with the manufacturer if you have any problem with your machine and power supply, as the manufacturer can know the problems better from you directly and it’s faster to get the problem resolved. Please keep the purchase receipt or invoice for the warranty.

For Tattoo machines, wireless battery and furniture with NO Warranty, if you have problem within 30 days upon the purchase date, and the problem is not caused by dropping, water damage, being tampered with, replacing parts on your own, you can take it to our local store or contact with the sales whom you buy from.
